If you cannot resolve the matter together, please contact the manager of your child\u2019s daycare. If the complaint is not resolved by then, you can submit a written complaint to the director of IJsterk. You can read more about complaints handling in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ijsterk.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Klachtenregeling-ouders-v1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Complaints Handling Scheme<\/a>.
