Your child’s spot remains reserved for them, even if they’re not there. This means invoicing continues as normal.
If you’re entitled to childcare benefit, you’ll continue to receive it during absences, as you have a contract with us.
Rates are reviewed and adjusted each year if needed. The parent committees receive a request for advice on this, in line with the Childcare Act.
You’ll always be informed in good time about any rate changes.
No, there are no unexpected extra costs. Everything you pay is clearly set out in your contract.
The only additional costs are for extra care days, which are invoiced separately. Any conditions, such as those around cancellation, are shared with you clearly in advance.
You receive your invoices through the OuderApp Konnect, where you can view them at any time.
Your invoice is issued on the 24th of the month and can be found in the OuderApp Konnect.
Your annual statement is issued in the first quarter of the new year and can be found in the OuderApp Konnect.
Extra days are listed separately on your invoice or billed via a separate invoice.
Yes, if you cancel your contract less than 3 months before the start date, we charge a cancellation fee.
