How we deal with complaints
If you are dissatisfied or have complaints, we would appreciate it if you first contact the staff member directly involved. If you cannot resolve the matter together, please contact the manager of your child’s daycare. If the complaint is not resolved by then, you can submit a written complaint to the director of IJsterk. You can read more about complaints handling in the Complaints Handling Scheme. You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint directly with the independent national Disputes Committee.
IJsterk’s parent committees are affiliated to the national Childcare Disputes Committee for parents’ committees.
